Townhouse (4 Units Available) : 

• Fully-furnished 2 Storey Townhome with 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living, and Dining area.

• Daily - 2,500.00/night (≤ 6 days)

• Weekly - 2,200.00/night (≥ 7 days)

• Monthly - 1,950.00/night (≥ 28 days)

Maximum Occupancy: Up to 6 persons only​

Base rates for 2 Guests. Over 2 Guests will be charged P400.00 per person.

 

*All Rates are in Philippine Peso and are inclusive of 3% Service Charge and 12% VAT.

*Subject to one time cleaning fee PHP500.00/clean.

Cancellation Policy: 7 days prior to arrival day free of charge, after this time we charge 90% of standard rate as Cancellation / No Show fee.

Payment Method: 100% Deposit in advance after you processed your booking.

A SECURITY DEPOSIT of P2,000.00 is required and will be charged at the time of reservation.

All rooms are Non Smoking Rooms, cigarette smoking including vape or e-cigarette is only allowed on the balcony on the 2nd floor and in the driveway outside the building. Evidence of violation of our smoke-free policy will result to P3,000.00 charge on your billing for the cleaning fee.
